START WITH WHAT YOU NEED MOST

Two main offers, with wider support around them.

Web design and social media management are the two main ways I support businesses. From there, we can bring in the extra design, visibility and practical digital support that will make the biggest difference.

01 / WEB DESIGN

A website you’ll feel confident sending people to.

Every website starts with understanding the business behind it – what you offer, who needs to find it and what you want them to do next. From there, I take care of the design, wording, structure and technical setup so the finished site feels like you and works properly from day one.

What every website build includes

✓ A responsive design that feels just as considered on mobile as it does on a larger screen

✓ Clear page structure that helps visitors find what they need and know what to do next

✓ Contact forms with enquiry tracking and proper spam protection

✓ Core SEO setup, including page titles, descriptions and making sure Google can find and understand the website

✓ Checks covering speed, accessibility, security and the smaller details that affect how the website feels to use

✓ A properly managed launch, with ongoing care available when the website needs updating or improving

WEBSITE PROJECTS – SWIPE OR USE THE ARROWS

Black Sheep Knitwear Shopify website shown on desktop and mobile

SHOPIFY / ECOMMERCE / CONTENT SUPPORT

Black Sheep Knitwear

Black Sheep Knitwear is an established heritage business with more than 50 years of shopfront history, so this was never about replacing what made it recognisable. I redesigned the Shopify website to feel cleaner and easier to shop, while keeping the classic character of the business intact.

The new structure makes products easier to browse, improves the experience on mobile and gives customers a clearer route from discovering something they like to completing a purchase. Alongside the website, I also supported the business with seasonal social media, helping maintain visibility and bring more people into the online shop during an important sales period.

PORTFOLIO / SEO / PERFORMANCE

Eleanor Read Garden Design

Eleanor’s work is highly visual, so the website needed to give her garden projects room to speak for themselves while still showing potential clients the thought and care behind them. I created a calm, portfolio-led website that reflects her style and gives visitors a clear sense of what it would be like to work with her.

Since launch, I’ve continued to support Eleanor with quarterly SEO and performance reviews. This means the website is not simply sitting there looking lovely – it is being reviewed, improved and given a better chance of generating enquiries in a very competitive local market.

A Wonderful Journey WordPress website shown across genuine desktop and mobile screens

WORDPRESS / STORYTELLING / RESPONSIVE BUILD

A Wonderful Journey

Richard had years of personal stories, family history, films, music and fundraising work that he wanted to bring together in one place. I created a story-led WordPress website that gives each part of the journey its own space without making the overall experience feel complicated or difficult to follow.

The finished website feels personal to Richard and gives visitors an easy way to move through the different stories and causes that matter to him. It also provides a solid foundation that can continue to grow as more chapters, films and updates are added.

COACHING / LEAD GENERATION / WORDPRESS

Tamzin Reid Coaching

Tamzin needed more than a conventional coaching website. She needed an online space that felt calm and supportive, particularly for neurodivergent people who can easily feel overwhelmed by cluttered or confusing websites.

I created clear pathways for the different people she works with, including neurodivergent adults, parents, coaches and leaders, so visitors can quickly find the support that is relevant to them. Beyond the website, I’ve also helped connect the wider systems behind the business, including lead capture, booking routes, programme setup, email journeys and ongoing digital support.

The result is a much more joined-up journey from someone’s first visit through to making an enquiry, signing up and receiving the right follow-up.

LOCAL BUSINESS / WEBSITE / VISIBILITY

Snippers & Clippers

I’ve worked closely with Tracey over time to improve how Snippers & Clippers presents itself, both online and inside the salon. It began with a new website shaped around the friendly, local character of the business and has grown into a much wider working relationship.

Alongside the website, I’ve supported the salon with its Google Business Profile and social media, while continuing to create the practical design and print work it needs – from appointment cards and posters to local adverts and in-salon materials.

The aim across all of it has been to keep the salon feeling consistent, recognisable and easy to trust wherever customers come across it.

ECOMMERCE / REDESIGN / LEAD GENERATION

Bee Friendly Seeds

My work with Bee Friendly Seeds began with improvements to the website and the way the business presented itself online. From there, it grew into wider support with positioning, lead generation and reaching new business-to-business opportunities.

Rather than simply making the website look better, the aim was to give Pip and Ed a stronger foundation for approaching potential stockists and partners. This helped open new wholesale conversations and secure recommended-supplier opportunities with local wedding venues.

It is a good example of how stronger presentation, clearer messaging and practical outreach can work together to create genuine opportunities for a small business.

WL Hydrotherapy one-page website and Google profile support

ONE-PAGE BUILD / ACCESSIBILITY / LOCAL SEARCH

WL Hydrotherapy

I worked with Jill to help bring WL Hydrotherapy to life as a new not-for-profit hydrotherapy service. Because the work is so personal, the website needed to feel calm, accessible and trustworthy while answering the questions people are likely to have before getting in touch.

I created a thoughtful one-page website alongside the organisation’s Google Business Profile, giving WL Hydrotherapy a clear online presence from the beginning. The website explains what the service offers, who it may help and how to make an enquiry without making the experience feel clinical or overwhelming.

Together, the website and Google profile have helped establish strong local visibility and make it easier for the right people to discover and understand the service.

WORDPRESS / THERAPY / CALM USER EXPERIENCE

Resonate Psychotherapy

Chloe needed a website that felt calm, trustworthy and true to the way she works. For somebody looking for therapy, the first visit to a website can already feel like a significant step, so the experience needed to be reassuring without becoming vague or overcomplicated.

I created a soft, responsive website that explains Chloe’s approach, the support available, fees and next steps clearly. Careful typography, natural imagery and a simple structure give the content room to breathe and help visitors decide whether Resonate feels right for them.

The result is a professional online presence that still feels personal, gentle and approachable.

WORDPRESS / CIC / CONTENT STRUCTURE

Wildside Discovery CIC

Wildside Discovery brings together outdoor learning, paddlesport, bushcraft, nature connection, wellbeing and community work. The challenge was giving that wide offer a clear online home without making the organisation feel fragmented or difficult to understand.

I created an accessible website with confident imagery, clearer sections for the different areas of work and straightforward routes for schools, community groups and potential partners to get in touch.

The website gives Wildside a stronger identity of its own while connecting naturally with its social channels and the wider work happening behind the scenes.

See how this works for real businesses.

SNIPPERS & CLIPPERS / SOCIAL MEDIA & LOCAL VISIBILITY

Supporting a local salon across social media, Google and print.

The social media work I carried out for Snippers & Clippers helped the salon become more active and consistent online, using real people, everyday salon life and useful updates rather than generic content.

That work sat alongside the website, Google Business Profile and a growing range of design and print support. I still work regularly with Tracey on posters, appointment cards, adverts and other in-salon materials, helping the business stay recognisable and consistent both online and in person.

CANOE WILD / ONGOING SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Turning a strong audience into useful action for the business.

Canoe Wild has a large, engaged audience and a busy activity calendar covering regular paddling, tours, events and seasonal campaigns. My role is to turn those activities and priorities into coordinated content, then connect the attention it creates to the most useful website, email or booking route.

From 5 May to 30 July 2026, Meta recorded 142,200 organic Facebook views, with Facebook link clicks up 62% and Instagram reach up 172.6% year on year. Those results sit behind a much wider process of planning campaigns, creating content, scheduling posts and making sure the right activities stay visible at the right time.

LOCAL VISIBILITY

Help more local customers find and trust you

A Google Business Profile is often the first thing a local customer sees. I can set one up properly or improve an existing profile, including the categories, services, business information, images, updates and review routes people rely on when deciding who to contact.

The aim is simple: help the right local people find you, understand what you offer and feel confident taking the next step directly from Google.

Talk to me

SEO & ANALYTICS REPORTING

Understand what is working and what to improve

Good reporting should tell you something useful, not hand you a wall of numbers. I use Search Console and Google Analytics to understand how people are finding and using your website, then explain clearly what is working, where opportunities may be getting missed and how I can help you improve.

This includes full SEO audits, generative engine optimisation (GEO), metadata and indexing checks, search-performance reviews and, most importantly, clear reporting that gives us something practical to act on.

DESIGN & PRINT

Keep everything looking like the same business

From campaign graphics, flyers and posters to business cards, signs and review materials, I create the practical pieces your business needs to show up consistently online and in person.

Everything is designed around the job it needs to do and supplied in your preferred format, including properly prepared print-ready artwork.

Talk to me

SYSTEMS & DIGITAL SUPPORT

Make the day-to-day easier

A good customer journey often depends on what happens around the website too. I can help improve contact forms, booking routes, payment journeys, email communication, useful automations and ongoing website care.

I can also help sort the awkward digital problems that keep being pushed down the list. The aim is to make things easier for you and smoother for the people trying to use the business.

WHAT MY CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY

“Tom acted as a real catalyst for our business. Those extra views turned into more engagement and, ultimately, more sales. He is easy to work with and great at pointing out the simple things that are often overlooked.”
